Cuba is without question one of the top five destinations for the bonefish in the world. After a little more exploration, it just may turn out to be number 1. There are days from time to time that a good fly fisherman might catch 50-60 bonefish in a day. At one of our camps, there have been some who reported up to 100 bonefish in a day. That's pretty remarkable when the world's average is only about 1 per day. At Cuba Travel U.S.A. we have selected about three different locations for our fishermen. We have a floating hotel (Cost is about $4000 per week plus transportation), we have live aboard boats (Cost is likewise about $4000 per week plus transportation) and we have nice hotels that our clients can choose from. Stay tuned....we helped the Cubans get started in the business of fishing for bonefish, tarpon and permit. We think we can hone in on the best spots for the bones. Maybe you will want to help us?

The island of Cuba is about 780 miles long and there are at least 10,000 small islands and keys just offshore. Those are the kinds of places the bonefish calls his home. Where else can there be so many potential new destinations for a bone fisherman? Cuba Travel U.S.A. hopes to be at the forefront of finding such places. Maybe you will want to help us? Pope John Paul II has asked the world to open up to Cuba and for Cuba to open up to the world. Cuba is doing its part....now it is up to the rest of us to do ours.
