Ambos Mundos - Old Havana
Ambos Mundos was remodeled in the fall of 2010. Room #511 is where Ernest Hemingway lived for a while. The hotel's reception area is mostly a bar overlooking Calle Obispo. The restaurant and bar on the top overlook much of Havana and faces right toward the Morro Castle. A place of history and legends, first residence in Cuba of Ernest Hemingway, a place where artists and intellectuals used to gather opens up its doors for those searchers of Cuban culture and traditions, for those who admire and discover the peerless architecture of the oldest part of the city.

The Plaza de Armas Restaurant on the 6th floor accommodates 30 guests, offers an intimate cozy atmosphere to enjoy the menu of international cuisine. Dishes made with seafood and recommended by the chef. They will really meet the demands of the most refined taste. The restaurant also offers fondue. If you would like to take in some nice views of Old Havana, the Roof Garden next to the restaurant is the place to be. From the garden, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Bay of Havana and the red roof tiles of colonial buildings.
